All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking details.
Delivery will take 2-5 business days to reach you! Do factor at least a week to receive your order! :)

Shipping rates
We understand the frustration not knowing where your parcel is travelling, so we have decided all products worldwide will be mailed out via Registered Mail to give a peace of mind :)
Local Singapore:
- 2-5 business days
- Free shipping for orders $60 and above.
- $3 shipping fee applies for orders below $60.
- All orders are shipped with tracking details via Ninja Van.
International:
- All orders are shipped via DHL Express or Ninja Van, with tracking updates.
- 2-10 business days (subject to custom clearance, exclude weekend & holidays)
- Free shipping for orders $180 and above.
- Ninja Van only ships to Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines & Vietnam.

International customers are responsible for any custom duties. For more details on customs duties, please check with your local customs office.
Exchange & Return
All items purchases are strictly non-refundable due to health and hygiene reasons. Returns and exchanges are only accepted should the item be faulty or a wrong item has been delivered.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Strictly no exchange for a different product after the item(s) are delivered
Return
Please email and send a photo to us @ thsunnyside@gmail.com if you found any defects within the first 3 days of receiving your product. For any other reasons, please reach out and we will review your case :)
To be eligible for a return:
- All items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Must be in its original packaging, this includes any tags, stickers, cards, pouches etc.
- A digital receipt of proof of purchase must be shown
Please note: The customer is responsible for all costs incurred when returning an item. No initial delivery fee will be refunded.
Exchange
If you have received a wrong item, we apologise for the mix up, and we will exchange the item for you for free! Please reach out to us @ thsunnyside@gmail.com and we will follow up with you!
Sorry to inform that there is strictly no exchange for a different product after item has been delivered. We appreciate if you could finalise the item(s) you really wish to purchase beforehand :)
