Refund policy

All items purchases are strictly non-refundable due to health and hygiene reasons. Returns and exchanges are only accepted should the item be faulty or a wrong item has been delivered.

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Strictly no exchange for a different product after the item(s) are delivered
  • Strictly no refund even if said "never worn"
  • Strictly no purchase of products for "try-on" and refund after deemed unsuitable

Return

Please email and send a photo to us @ thsunnyside@gmail.com if you found any defects within the first 5 days of receiving your product. For any other reasons, please reach out and we will review your case :)

To be eligible for a return:

  • Return all items within 12 days from date of delivery
  • All items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Must be in its original packaging, this includes any boxes, pouches, tags etc.
  • A digital receipt of proof of purchase must be shown
  • No initial delivery fee will be refunded.

Successful returns:

  • Upon successful returns, you'll receive in-store credits, reimbursed within 5-10 business days. An email notification will be sent to the provided address.
  • Store Credits are valid for 6 months use from date of activation.
  • Store Credits can be used at our Pop-ups & Online store.


    Exchange

    If you have received a wrong item, we apologise for the mix up, and we will exchange the item for you for free! Please reach out to us on IG @sunny.sunnyside or @ thsunnyside@gmail.com and we will follow up with you!

    Sorry to inform that there is strictly no exchange for a different product after item has been delivered. We appreciate if you could finalise the item(s) you really wish to purchase beforehand :)
